We first met Ty Fraley when he was representing the seller of a beautiful home we bought in Delray Beach. When we were ready to take advantage of the selling boom, and to downsize after our son graduated college and moved to Chicago to seek fame and fortune, we contact the Ty Fraley Home Team again.
He told us that our house had accrued in value dramatically in the time we’d lived there, and proved it by selling it for a price that allowed us to buy a beautiful condo in Boynton mortgage-free. Ty handled that transaction, as well. Now my brother and sister-in-law are moving to Palm Beach County from the Northeast and I recommended Ty and his terrific organization to them. This was an estate sale with my siblings believing they knew best and could sell the home "in just a few days" and for just as much as a broker would get.
Well after no broker followed by discount broker my patience ended and I informed them I would return to the full-commission broker whom I met just days after my mother-in-law had past away.
My decision was masterful thanks to your performance. You were on time, every time; on short notice or not. You accommodated my schedule as and when I was in the state to deal with the family matters. Your use of email, cell phone and documentation through email combined with prompt follow up is to say the least unexpected from your profession.
The sale went through at a record price even though the market had already softened (a euphemism) and your resolve not to buckle but to sell quality at its true value was proven correct. Polite and patient. Prompt and professional. What else could I say. Keep up the good work
